Fieldline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our applications for personal entertainment. This includes our "Spec-Nexus" rendering logic and the "Ice-Glass" UI design system. Replication of these assets for commercial use outside the Fieldline domain is strictly prohibited under EU Intellectual Property Directives.

Fieldline provides technical services "as is" and "as available." While we target sub-20ms latency within Southern Europe (specifically our Roma Hub), we cannot guarantee performance during local Italian ISP outages or emergent competitive cheating patterns that may necessitate immediate patching.

Under no circumstances shall Fieldline, its developers, or technical directors be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage to your hardware (mobile devices, controllers, or cooling systems) resulting from prolonged high-stress usage sessions. Users of the platform assume all responsibility for maintaining their device thermals and battery health.
