No. Fieldline's business model is based on software performance and premium collection access, not advertising. We have never and will never sell user data to third-party brokers.

Q. How long do you keep my account information?

Account data is kept as long as your profile is active. Upon a deletion request, we purge all identifiable data from our primary databases within 30 days.

Q. Is my in-game chat logged?

Messages are processed for community guideline violations via real-time filtering. Persistent logs are only kept for 7 days unless a report is filed for investigation.

Q. Can I download a copy of my data?

Yes. Under GDPR and global privacy standards, you can request a JSON-formatted archive of your data via our Support Portal.
